Sabi People Agreement

2. Eligibility

To become a Sabi Person and monetize your presence, content, services, and offerings on SabiFans, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Have your account verified through our identification process.

Setting Subscription Prices: Sabi People can set their subscription prices according to their preferences. They also have the option to offer free subscriptions.

3. Account Verification

Sabi People are required to submit identification documents and other necessary information to verify their accounts. This process is mandatory to access certain features and utilize the platform's monetization options.

4. Content Guidelines

As a Sabi Person, you are responsible for the content you upload, post, or share on SabiFans. Your content must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Originality: All content must be original and owned by you.
• Compliance: Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Content: The following content is strictly prohibited:
• Violent, threatening, or harmful content
• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Illegal activities or content promoting illegal activities
• Misinformation or false information

5. Monetization Options

SabiFans offers various monetization options for Sabi People, including:

• Subscriptions: Set your subscription prices on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis.
• Pay-Per-View Content: Charge users for access to specific posts, messages, or live streams.
• Tips and Gifts: Receive tips from users on your profile, posts, private messages, and during live streams.
• Custom Content and Services: Offer personalized video shoutouts, exclusive services, and digital products.
• Product Sales: Sell digital and physical products through your SabiFans shop.

6. Transaction Fees

SabiFans charges a 20% fee on all transactions, including subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, custom content, and product sales. At our discretion, we may adjust the transaction fee percentage lower than 20% for certain users based on their performance or other criteria deemed appropriate by the platform.

7. Payouts

Payouts to Sabi People are processed bi-weekly. To request a payout, your account balance must meet the minimum threshold. Payouts can be made through:

• Bank Transfers: Direct transfers to your bank account.
• PayPal: Transfers to your linked PayPal account.

8. Referral Program

Sabi People can earn 15% from the first 100 transactions made by the users they bring to the platform.

9. Responsibilities and Conduct

As a Sabi Person, you agree to:

• Maintain Accurate Information: Ensure that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Respect Other Users: Engage with other users respectfully and professionally.
• Comply with Policies: Adhere to all SabiFans policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
• Protect Your Account: Maintain the security of your account and promptly report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

10. Data Security and Privacy

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. Note that while we implement various security measures, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on the platform. You do so at your own risk.

11. Termination and Suspension

SabiFans reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate any terms of this Agreement or other platform policies. Termination or suspension may result in the forfeiture of any earnings.

12. Changes to the Agreement

SabiFans reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform as a Sabi Person constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. Users are responsible for checking this page for updates. The last updated date is provided at the top of the page.
