Acceptable Use Policy

• Compliance with Laws: Users must adhere to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Content: The following content is not allowed:
• Violent, threatening, or harmful content
• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material
• Hate speech or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
• Illegal activities or content promoting illegal activities
• Misinformation or false information intended to deceive or mislead

3. Account Security

• Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Sharing accounts or using others’ accounts is prohibited.
• Reporting Security Issues: Users must report any security breaches or unauthorized use of their accounts immediately to SabiFans support.

4. Content Guidelines

• Original Content: Users must only upload and share content they own or have the rights to use. Plagiarism and copyright infringement are not tolerated.
• Accurate Representation: All information provided in user profiles and posts must be accurate and truthful.
• Prohibited Content:The following types of content are forbidden:
• Spam, misleading information, or false advertising
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or drug abuse
• Malware, phishing, or any harmful software

5. Monetization and Transactions

• Fair Pricing: Sabi People must set fair prices for their content and services. Exploitative or deceptive pricing practices are prohibited.
• Transparent Transactions:All transactions should be clear and transparent. Users must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Refund Policies: Refund policies must be clearly stated and adhered to. Disputes will be handled as per SabiFans’ dispute resolution procedures.

6. Community Interaction

• Respectful Communication: Users must communicate respectfully in all interactions, including comments, messages, and live streams.
• No Bullying: Bullying, harassment, and threatening behavior are not tolerated.
• Privacy: Users must respect the privacy of others. Sharing personal information without consent is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Impersonation: Users must not impersonate others or falsely represent their identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or for deceptive purposes is prohibited.
• Automated Systems: Using bots or automated systems to interact with SabiFans is not allowed.

8. Enforcement and Reporting

• Enforcement: SabiFans reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against users who violate this AUP, including account suspension or termination.
• Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any violations of this AUP to SabiFans support. All reports will be handled confidentially.

9. Changes to the Policy

SabiFans reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of SabiFans constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Users are responsible for checking this page for updates. The last updated date is provided at the top of the page.
