Refunds for live streams, including private one-to-one live streams, are generally not provided. Exceptions may include:

  • Technical Failures: If there are technical issues that prevent the live stream from being accessible or severely disrupt the viewing experience.
  • Non-Delivery: If a scheduled live stream does not occur and no rescheduled date is provided.
6. Gifts and Tips During Live Streams

Gifts and tips sent during live streams are non-refundable. These transactions are considered final and are a form of support to the Sabi People. Please ensure that you intend to send gifts or tips before completing the transaction.

7. Private One-to-One Live Streams

Refunds for private one-to-one live streams are typically not provided. Exceptions may include:

  • Technical Issues: If there are technical problems that prevent the live stream from occurring or disrupt the session significantly.
  • Non-Delivery: If the scheduled private live stream does not occur and no rescheduled date is provided.
